The pool was clean, warm, accessible and beautifully located. Staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. The room was clean, the AC worked and the room was large enough for two to be comfortable. The location was less than a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The price relative to similar accommodation was very reasonable

Not a bad choice.

A good choice. Clean and central to the small center of Clifton. AC, swimming pool, generous sized room with king bed. Sink, kettle, Amazon TV withe Netflix. 10 Minute walk to kite beach. Balcony with sea view and cool breeze. All for less than 100usd a night. You can get cheaper if you take the garden blockbwithout seaview.

Die ganze Insel - und ein Grossteil der Karibik - ist überteuert. Fast 100$ pro Nacht steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Service. Es gibt kein Frühstück, keine Aussicht, keinen Schatten auf der kleinen Terasse. Aber es gibt in diesem Preissegment keine Alternativen an dieser zentralen Lage. Die Ladies da sind super nett und mega hilfsbereit. Für die Preise können sie nur geringfügig etwas dafür.

The staff was very helpful. Even allowed us a late check-out when we had a later flight. The website says a breakfast can be purchased, but the dining room was closed completely.

The property is currently being upgraded but our room was comfortable and clean. It is the only hotel on the island with a pool which we loved.

Convenient and clean

Spent 2 nights in the off season. Clean and comfortable. The room was filled with mosquitoes but they provided spray, and the sewer smell was quite overwhelming one morning. Staff were very friendly. Close to everything.

Check-in at the Kings Landing Hotel was a smooth process. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our room was basic, but it had hot water, air conditioning, a fridge, housecoats, and a double bed. The pool was clean, the water warm, and we were able to purchase our first Hairoun beer. The hotel is conveniently located in central Clifton, and is a short walk to the ferry. We would stay here again.

Great Place to stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Any request was looked after immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable although a little worn. They were doing renovations during our stay. Nice balconies on all the rooms. Wifi worked well in the room and by the pool. The pool area was very clean and overlooked the ocean. The location was close to many good restaurants, grocery stores,and a bakery. This hotel is definitely where we would stay on our return to Union Island.

Fin utsikt, trevlig personal och fina rum.

Vi är ute och reser runt bland öarna Grenadinerna. En dagen innan bokning på Kings Landing hittades inte när vi skulle checka in. Lite strul, men dom fixade det utan...frågan är hur det gått om det var fullbokat.

Limited choices

Hotel is close to town for the cafes and restaurants but far enough away from the loud bars when they set up speaker stands on the street not to be drowned by the music. Lady organised the Scaramouche to the Tobago Cays but 'forgot' to give me my change. Supermarkets there are very limited so if you have any dietary issues, then bring your food from St Vincent or Grenada. Happy Island Bar is nearby, built from Conch shells and there are Conch Hills in front of the hotel to see the devastation first hand. Watch for local fisherman in front of Grenadine Dive beside the hotel for cheap fresh fish (EC$8 a pound)
