"The owner is rude, unless he responds with templated messages. The Heater is controlled by him, and he keeps it to the bare minimum, there are walls that are open so you can see all the pipes running in the building and cold air coming from there. Shower was dirty, and the ceiling had holes so stuff was falling on the shower floor. Neighbors are very loud, doing some carpentry work at midnight. Not good for families, but might be okay for a single guy who just wants to go to the room to sleep."

"Great location just across the river in NJ. Only a 15-20 minute bus ride to Port Authority. Good sized space with basic amenities. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Still in a city location with sounds of the city outside so earplugs would be helpful if you are used to a quieter place."
