"We can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The Sanur suite was incredible. It was huge with every amenity you could want. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. It was my birthday and there was a birthday greeting on our bed plus I received two pieces of cake, one in the restaurant and one from room service. Can’t wait to return."

Nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive. The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is close to everything. The supermarket, pharmacies, shops and eateries are all within walking distance. "The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "
