"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean...

"We hebben een prima vakantie gehad, dat vooropgesteld. Ook het huisje en de ligging waren prima. Echter er waren ook wel een aantal zaken aan te merken. Toen wij aankwamen was er niets in het huisje zelfs geen toilet papier of schoonmaakmiddelen. Als je na een reis naar het toilet wil is het wel prettig als je tenminste toiletpapier vindt. "Location: well off the beaten track, high on the hillside. You can sometimes hear the road far below, but the aspect is lovely. The property: The Nest is beside the Tower, and discreetly placed among trellis-work, with its own private space. However, the access out to the pool and the gardens is so simple. "Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig."

"We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf!"
