Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Hotel was not good at all. There are multiple cons:
1. The rooms are not as shown in the images.
2. The bathrooms have dirty toilets and broken flush. Water spilled over the floor when you use it. Even jet spray makes all your clothes wet.
3. Washroom and bathroom are out of water frequently.
4. They gave me used bedsheet and pillow covers. When I complained to change the pillow covers then their staff told that they don’t have any pillow covers, all of their cover is in laundry. How is it possible that they don’t have a single pillow cover in their whole hotel and all of them are in laundry. Really bad service.
5. They say that they have free wifi. But it doesn’t have internet. They will tell you the password but there is no internet. Even after complaining they don’t take any action.
Overall worst hotel I have visited ever.
