"We loved this hotel. We stayed in the premium room on the ground floor and it was spacious and beautiful with a terrace. The kagura performance is a short walk away and highly recommended to book in advance. Hotel provides cushion for you to use while watching the performance. The Cambodian waiter at the hotel during dinner was very polite and friendly. The lady who checked us in was also very helpful she Even offered to go to our room to help us turn on the YouTube channel for our child was we could not figure out the remote buttons in Japanese. My room was spacious and had a kotatsu which I really appreciated because it got suddenly cold outside. I also was able to enjoy two really beautiful and relaxing outdoor private baths! Breakfast had an amazing view and was delicious. They even gave me a hot pack when I checked out because it was cold outside. I really like the area and I’ll definitely visit again. "
