The staff made us really feel welcome. Very warm & generous people. The hotel was wonderful, great location, with only a few minutes with scooter/ grab to ubud town center, with great shopping! Hotel is very chic, in balinese style. Beats the modern complexes in the area,if you what to experience balinese lifestyle. Will come back!

We had a great stay at Vije Boutique Resort & Spa. The service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Nirmala at the reception. She was very easy to talk to, made us feel truly welcome, and patiently explained everything we asked about with kindness and professionalism. My wife’s mood was lifted every time she saw Nirmala at the front desk. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to properly thank her when we checked out, but we are very grateful for her warmth and hospitality. She truly made our stay memorable.

Wonderful resort

Vije was an all around wonderful place to stay. Close to Ubud but away from the hustle and bustle it has a very peaceful feel. The resort is beautiful and the rooms super comfortable and well equipped. Food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were absolutely delightful, attentive and so friendly. Couldn’t recommend more highly if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in central Bali.

Beautiful hotel in ubud. We had 3 days at the hotel. The hotel offers a good breakfast, shuttle bus to the city center and also tours with fantastic guide and drivers. We were so lucky that we got Gede as our driver. He made the stay at Vije perfect! He was serviceminded and also a really good photographer. We recommend it to others.

Very calm and relaxing stay

We stayed here as part of our trip and it has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very calm but still not to far away from Ubud center. The staff is very nice and the massage in the spa was very relaxing.

Such a late review, considering that our trip was over a month ago, but finally getting to it makes me miss Vije so much! The hotel was such a dream! Firstly, the staff were so welcoming and we felt very much familiar in such a foreign place. We don't often feel that way in past places we've stayed at, but Vije was different. Every day, every single one of the staff we ever encountered were attentive and tended to our needs when necessary. Our room had the river valley view and it was beautiful! Because of this experience for our first time in Bali, we've decided we will be returning soon and bringing our close friends with us to experience the very friendly and authentic hardworking people and the beautiful island they call home. Thank you to all the staff members, we really appreciate our time there and wished we had stayed longer! See you again soon!

My only complaint, is there is no elevator. Its not elderly or handicap friendly. I had gotten injured during my stay when we were on an adventure and the up and down those stairs was not nice. The property is great though, the staff was amazing. Super friendly. The views, the private pool, everything was great!

新婚旅行で3泊させていただきました。スタッフが全員優しく、拙い英語でも聞き取ってくれました。お祝いはないですと事前に連絡をしていましたが、新婚旅行であると伝えていたところとんでもないサービスがあり、驚きを隠せませんでした。 朝食も豪華で、日中ウブドまでの送迎などもあり、至れり尽くせりです。 ウブドのメイン通りからは少し離れますが、ゆっくりした時間が流れていて最高でした。 もう戻りたいです。

The staff members are very kind and nice. Breakfast was wonderful. However, the room smelt bad with humility and is full of mosquitos. I had to ask for a plug-in repellent. The laundry came back clean but with a strong unpleasant sent of detergent. The spa was disappointing - not a bad price but the room was moldy and the massage wasn’t comfortable. Limited English communication - hard to ask for a different pressure. I experienced severe allergies due to the moldy room. Got sick by the time when I left. I will not return. This is a nice property for people who are not sensitive to the environment/do not have allergies. Not for me.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit Jungle Feeling. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste besorgt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wird auf Wunsch sogar auf dem Zimmer serviert. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Superbe hôtel, excellent rapport qualité prix, avec un très bon niveau de service (notamment le Shuttle qui emmène à Ubud centre). La chambre était lumineuse et spacieuse. La piscine était somptueuse. Le staff est adorable et arrangeant. Bon restaurant à prix abordable, mais manque peut-être d'alternative pour le petit déjeuner ? Recommandé à 100%.

Ganz ok aber auch nicht mehr.

Zuerst eine Villa direkt an der Lärmigen Strasse erhalten obwohl gemäss Fotos Urwald Aussicht gebucht. Konnte danach zum Glück wechseln, jedoch auf der Terasse den ganzen Tag ein störendes Hochfrequenzgeräusch gehabt, entspannen schwierig. Zimmer gross und schön.
