Peace and Tranquility

The place is fantastic. So big and airy. Waking up to those distant views was wonderful. It literally was the best place I've stayed in all of Bali. I am not a 5 star hotel person as I am not often in the room but I found it hard to leave the room as it was so peaceful and comfortable. The wifi was the best, never below strong signal. Shower was hot and spacious. Staff was very helpful without being intrusive. Wiann (spelling?) was so very sweet and kind. She even offered me a ride into town as I was departing. The young men were also very kind and friendly. They asked if I wanted the room cleaned each day. They had drinking water to refill your bottle. I was sorry I hadn't made this my entire stay in Bali, but I'm glad I went for the six days.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We didnt even get to go to this place because we cant hold of the property and they are nowhere to be found in GPS! Tried to report and complain to Expedia but offered no help nor resolution not even follow up, up to this point, 3 days later! This place shouldn’t even be allowed in their website in the first place! They should screen and filter more which places they offer! Very deceiving. Such a waste of resources, time and can ruin your trip! This is unacceptable and loyal custoners cant do anything about it! I choose to book it in Expedia as a loyal customer but this happened. I suggest to reconsider booking in a different company!
