Exceptional staff, each and every one of them. We had a room with it's own plunge pool/jacuzzi and it was excellent. Great choice of food for breakfast and dinner, incluing both both western and oriental/eastern cuisines.

Luxury and peace in busy little town

Beautiful property, great view over the valley and quiet after being set back from the main road. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance and only 15mins walk to monkey palace or 20mins to ridge walk. Highlights are the pool, free daily afternoon tea, the spacious rooms and friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Pictures of this hotel are extremely deceiving. I was put in a ground floor room which is effectively in the basement as hotel built into the hillside. Room was dark, no view whatsoever and most concerning was it was extremely damp. Dehumidifier was brought in after 1st night and need emptying daily which shows the extent of the damp problem. Avoid Room 110 at all costs. Toilet also needed fixing and room wasn’t ready at advertised check-in time. On the positive side, great location and great pool area.
