I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I paid for the first night when I checked in and the hotel staff told me I could pay for my 2nd night/remaining balance on my check out but instead they deactivated our keys on the 2nd day and we were unable us to get in to our room at the end of the day. I went downstairs and they said ours keys were deactivated because the 2nd day was not paid. The hotel staff should have told me to pay in full the 2nd night but instead the hotel opted to lock us outside our room. I found this hotel attitude very disrespectful with their guests.

O quarto estava limpo com tudo funcionando adequadamente. Equipe atenciosa). A única ressalva foi o café da manhã em um dos dias (sábado, dia 22/12). Mesas sujas e faltando reposição de muuuitas coisas.

O hotel é antigo, porém em estado bom, a tv não tem canais além dos aberto, tem um adaptador que não funciona, o chuveiro está igual família em época de eleição, um jato pra cada lado, é terrível, tem 6 jatinhos de água, você tem que escolher um pra usar, fora a oscilação de temperatura constante, a água não tem uma temperatura padrão, já me hospedei no passado e era muito bom

Faltou um pouco de empatia por parte do atendente

Me hospedo há muitos anos no executive e sempre priorizo porque me sinto muito bem, tanto nele quanto no grand executive, mas desta vez sinto que faltou empatia do funcionário que me atendeu, visto que cheguei às 12h pra check in, não tinha dormido na noite anterior devido dois voos internacionais e pedi apenas um quarto mais cedo, entendo as regras, mas já havia quartos liberados e que em Questão de 30min faria a limpeza e eu subiria, portanto aguardei na recepção até às 14h como foi solicitado. Pequenos detalhes que pode fazer toda a diferença na experiência do cliente
