A princípio achei que minha experiência não seria boa, pois ficamos mais de 1 hora na fila aguardando para fazer o check-in e fomos mal atendidos na recepção, atendente completamente despreparado e grosseiro. Mas foi um problema pontual, pois no restante da estadia o hotel atende bem as necessidades, quartos simples, mas limpos. Piscina, brinquedoteca, salão de jogos, MARAVILHOSOS!!!! Alimentação também atende super bem, tudo limpo! Super indico!!!
