"The property itself is great. The management and lack of communication was terrible. I was on the phone for an hour the day of check in trying to figure out how to get into the property as I was arriving late and couldn’t get an answer. Eventually I spoke to a lovely man who figured out that my mobile number on record was incorrect. "Our room was one of the best , felt like I was in bali, neat tidy décor was beautiful and night was peaceful .. 2 minute drive to kings cliff for lunches , break fast and must say the restaurant in the resort was exceptionally amazing.. POOL was very clean and crystal clear Will come back again next January.. if not sooner LOVELY RESORT .... "

"After never receiving a check in code we made it inside to find the floor and some table tops filthy. Old greasy couches that I didn’t wish to sit on. We have requested a refund on our cleaning fee and waiting to see if they honour that request."
