Fue muy buena la estancia,todos los servicios muy bien, habitacion limpia el Hotel excelente, la alberca excelente el personal muy amable, y llegue antes del check in y me dieron la habitacion con anticipacion y el único pero es el desayuno bufete le faltó vaeriedad en los 3 días que estuve recomiendo ampliamente el Hotel

Todo Muy bien, solo una observacion: mi viaje era familiar con niños pequeños y al reservar solicite y me garantizaron la entrega de habitacion antes del check in, cosa que no respetaron al momento...cabe señalar que el hotel no estaba lleno al momento. Solo lo queria expresar. Excelente trato.

hotel vista al rio y cerca de la playa

muy agradable, buena atención, buena limpieza, soluciones a las observaciones u opiniones en general muy bien. Dos observaciones: los desayunos que sean un poco diferentes para los que nos quedamos 2 o 3 noches y algo más para niños y sin picante. La otra del jueves noche a viernes no cambiaron sabanas en una cama.

Muy buen hotel, excelente personal

El hotel excelente en cuanto instalaciones y servicio del personal, lo único que no nos gustó mucho fueron algunos platillos del desayuno incluído, entendemos que el hotel es de negocios pero concretamente unas papas y salchichas no sabían muy ricas, como el desayuno es el mismo todos los días pudimos corroborar que no era un error de un dia, fuera de eso TODO excelente y pensamos regresar muy pronto al hotel

Hotel a 5 min de la paya

En lo que cabe la estancia estuvo bien, ya que nos apoyaron a revisar la Habitación pues esta tenia una pequeña filtración de agua, el personal del hotel nos proporciono otra alternativa para solucionar este incidente por lo que me encuentro satisfecha con la atención del personal del Hotel

Empleados en el counter, poco amables, nada serviciales. Tuve un inconveniente con la habitación asignada y el Gerente muy amablemente me resolvió el problema con la mayor celeridad posible

repelentes para todas las areas del hotel

super servicio y calidad las habitaciones exelentes y las camas y almohadas super ricas lo unico es que pongan repelente en todas las areas me picaron los jejenes traigo mas de 100 picaduras de los mosquitos y las personas que no somos de esa zona no conocemos las plagas que tienen
