Not what I had hoped that still OK

We had so many problems during our very short stay in Tunis. The hotel was not as nice as I had hoped. But the concierge did have a taxi waiting for us at a very early hour as we asked him. And they went out of their way to print boarding documents for us. But we weren’t happy with the restaurant and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the beds were uncomfortable. It was only 70 euros but I still had excepted better. We had a 4am flight and the only reason we booked there was so we could store our luggage and have a place to sleep for a few hours.

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet flush button on top of the toilet was broken. The plug for the hair dryer didn’t work and a light was not working! Would not recommend this place!!!

Tunisair a fait un retard de 12 heures et j'étais par obligation de réserver une chambre pour quelques heures mieux de rester a l'aéroport. Un jeune homme qui s'appelle Aymen de votre Hôtel m'a aidé pour trouver une voiture pour m'amener a l'hôtel et apres de l'hôtel vers l'aéroport aussi bien m'a donne une chambre calme. 😊Gentillesse, amabilité, accueil

Juste une nuit pour rejoindre tôt le matin l'aéroport en période de couvre-feu. Excellent accueil à la réception, avec une pointe d'humour sympatique😊, chambre irréprochable pour le tarif (juste un problème d'accessibilité aux chaînes télé annoncées... pas un souci), chauffage extra, propreté impeccable (peut être un petit grattage/peinture autour de la baignoire...). Repas revigorant par ce temps froid et humide d'hiver, personnel agréable, principalement au petit-déjeuner pris un peu en avance sur l'horaire d'ouverture... ETC... ETC... Et le décor fin 19ème/début 20ème...! avec ambiance vieille banque, coupole et vieux comptoirs... On revoit Agatha Christie et Hercule Poireau... Une adresse à conserver !!!

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, die Betten bequem und die Zimmer einladend. Einzig am Frühstücksbuffet schienen manche Gerichte mehrmals aufgewärmt worden sein und die Tischsets könnten mal in die Reinigung. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.
