I strongly advise all visitors to avoid this place stay at this hotel. The heating in my initial room was malfunctioning, and the hospitality services and cleanliness were severely lacking despite the hotel’s four-star rating. I strongly advise all visitors to avoid wasting their time and money in this establishment. Attached is the picture for your review.

I was really looking forward to staying at Hotel Du Lac, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The TV in the room didn’t work, and although we were two guests, there was only one set of towels provided. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the rug in the room was visibly dirty, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

They called my room asking if I needed a massage and spa service. I said no, I'm good. They argued with me over the phone, saying "Aren't you tired?" I had to explain again that I'm not interested. They were also rude staff. They thought I didn't speak their language, but I understood all the bad things they said about me and how they were trying to scam me. Avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention how dirty the bathroom in the room was.

J'ai dû changer 4 fois de chambre car les fenêtres ne fermaient pas. Le SPA tombe est dans un état de décrépitude avancé et ne sent pas bon. Le repas servi était inmangeable, trop épicé (alors que j'aime ça), aubergines brûlées... Petit déjeuné dans une belle salle mais dans une ambiance lourde sans même une petite musique de fond pour casser le silence. Pour ma part, je ne reviendrai pas.
