not without flaws

It's a rather good place in the city to stay. Rooms are freshly renovated and match the pics and description. Very generous breakfast incl. warm dishes, crepe and omelett "on demand". The all-around service though: unfortunately we had to write a claim to the chain's customer service to get service we supposed to get from the begging of our stay.

The room was very nice, bed was quite comfortable slept fantastic. Visually esthetically pleasing to the eyes. Clean and didn't smell. Bathroom was also spacious with a great shower. Room Temperature was terrible however and quite warm as Air Conditioner was not working. I had set the controller to 16.5° Cold setting on maximum fan speed, window closed yet it did not cool the room in the slightest. It remained at "room temp 24.5" our entire stay. breakfast buffet was quite nice. many options to choose from, nothing tasted bland either. many drink choices as well. staff were fairly friendly and were helpful whenever asked a question, check in was simple mostly though having to fill out a career questionaire was a little odd. Stay at the room was quiet, no loud noises. if I ever return to tunisia might have to come back here for my hotel choice long as the air conditioner works next time. There is a bar hang out down stairs and a pool, pool is shallow to around 7ft deep. Small pool though. Rooms allow smoking, as had a ashtray. Couch is comfortable, though a firm foam. Unless youre a couple or solo shower warning: the outer wall of the bathroom is transparent glass so you can see into the shower from the bedroom if standing near the glass. Cleanliness: 5☆ Food options: 5☆ Room temperature: 1☆ Bed Comfort: 5☆ Bathroom/Shower: 5☆ Quietness: 5☆ View is okay. No balcony. Fix the AC and it's a near 5☆ experience.

Almost perfect

The customer service manager and the entire customer service team were great. Shout out to the customer service manager that organized a tour of Carthage for me; an unforgettable experience! I understand saving energy costs, but the room was never really cool due to the fact they don't cool the rooms prior to a guest's arrival and you always need to leave your room key in the slot in order to maintain power. I was rarely comfortable in my room as a result. The pool is glorious and the buffet breakfasts while repetitive were nutrious, varied and delicious.

I like this hotel and as I travel through Tunis regularly I would recommend. However, the check in and check out process is slow and on my last trip the hotel double charged me for a 1 night stay.....disputing it now. I Suspect they don't understand the third party booking process and billing. Maybe they will improve.....

I only stayed around 6 hours check in around 8 pm and left around 2:30 am I was generous with the staff. but I went down to the restaurant to get dinner from the buffet it was only for 20 minutes when I was back in my room it was clear that someone entered my room I check my stuff I thought I didn’t miss anything (I was tired ) but when I arrived to the airport at the security checkpoint I found out that my new $300 sunglasses is missing that 20 minutes was the only time I was away from my bag so I know someone from the hotel took it and the annoying part I bought the glasses as a gift and it was hard to find.
