Not As Expected...

Wifi turns off at night and is poor throughout small property. Loose wifi when in the restaurant for example . Air conditioning nearly non existant. Took several hours to cool off very small room. Restaurant and pool were great. We had 3 night reservations but left a day early. Just not a good expierience.

good hotel has a nice swimming pool. has a good restaurant by the hotel we discovered a supermarket almost facing the hotel with very good prices for everything. the Tulum map and the hotel attendant were wrong ( she said the beach is at a 15 mns walk) as the nearest beach is at, at least 4 kms away. There is a bike path without shade for 3 kms than the road and nothig else. The best is to rent a bike or take taxis, which are usually cheap. The hotel is very far from the beaches. It has been less far from the ruins which are walking distance from the hotel. the center of the tiwn is also far and there is very few pedestrian crossings with no bumps as they are in most Yucatan cities.

With a good discount its just about OK.

The room was as tired as we were and not particularly good value even with the discount. Checkin was slow, laborious and we were clearly an inconvenience. The gardens are nice and there was a pool and loungers but we did not have time to try them. There is an on site restaurant.

The grounds were cute and well groomed. The sliding glass door was left unlocked after room service which we found upsetting with all our belongings in room. Pool could have been cleaner, it was a little mirky. Excellent location to down town Tulum. Room a little musty.

Family comforts near Tulum centro & road to beach

Spacious hotel room w double beds, tiled floor, small bathroom, big swimming pool and attentive staff. Marita was a wonderful host. Very quiet at night for good sleep. Convenient walking to shopping, supermarket (across the street), main road 307 and Teetotum or La Vegetariana for great food. Lots of taxis on Boca Paila to take you to Tulum centro for food/shopping/bars or Tulum public beach. Easy walk to collectivos on main road (307) to take you to Tulum centro, Tulum ruins, Akumal (30 mins) or PDC (one hour). We rented bikes for 24hrs from hotel for a fun adventure to Tulum ruins (great beach), Grand Cenote (cool water caves), and Tulum Beach all in one day. The hotel's restaurant/bar missed the mark but plenty of other options nearby. A/C in rooms 24/7, good wifi in the big palapa lobby/bar, bike rentals, parking, and a big clean swimming pool. Lower costs than the hotels on beach or eco-chic boutiques. Quieter nights and a bigger pool than central Tulum hotels. More upscale than the neighboring hostels. Relax in the pool amongst garden palm trees and enjoy the sun or stars.

Es un hotel ya un poco viejo pero en muy buenas condiciones. Las habitaciones son suficientemente grandes y comfortables. La limpieza tanto de la habitación como del baño era muy buena. Por lo que la relación precio calidad está bien para un hotel en esta zona.
