The Beach Tulum was the perfect, relaxing, get away spot. Staff was so friendly and accommodating and the hotel was super quiet, well kept, and had amazing beach and views.

Would definitely return to this place. The rooms are well appointed and luxurious. The staff very hospitable. The beach clean and looked after, and the hotel perfectly placed right on the beach. The breakfasts are incredible. A faultless stay.

The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early

Property is impeccable, rustic chic, well maintained. High quality in everything they do. Staff is friendly and amazing. Aldo our concierge and Axle our bartender treated us like old friends and made us feel so welcome. (and so many others as well!) We’ve been to several all inclusive resorts and wanted to try something different, and this set a new standard - 10x better than any all inclusive. Only 28 rooms here so they remember your name and it feels like family after just a few days. Beach is amazing, reserved beach beds and very attentive staff out there to move beds, umbrellas, etc. Best walkable beach with lots of interesting properties to check out on your walks both directions. Food on property was amazing at Ziggy’s and close walk to many great spots. We did the Yoga class 3 days, great way to start the day in between the sunrise and amazing fresh made to order breakfast - seriously the best breakfast ever. Got something different every day and it was all 10/10. We had a rooftop room, really cool to have 2 balconies and a rooftop hot tub. We were in room 214 and could look down into Ziggy’s and even enjoy their live music. Got the neck and back massage at the spa, so good! You’re also so close to some great excursions like Tulum Ruins, Akumal bay snorkeling, and underground Cenotes - we highly recommend. All in all, sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. Nothing but great memories at The Beach Tulum!

The location is amazing, great beach area, the staff very good, resraurant’s, beach club, close to the property, the property good condition, pool didnt like me but beach amazing, we didnt use the spa, but the area was nice, nice sauna, steam, hot and cool pool.

We just returned from 5 nights at the The Beach Tulum and it was an amazing experience that we will definitely be back for! Gorgeous property right on a private beach with daybeds for each room. The most fresh and delicious food, and a wonderful and friendly staff that made the stay so enjoyable! We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we cannot wait to return.

The Beach Hotel is an adult-only private resort. The service provided by both the hotel and restaurant staff was excellent. The crew worked hard every morning to clear the sand of seaweed. Our private dip pool, patio, and beach lounge were clean and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil place.

A piece of paradise

The hotel is fab! Amazing service by all staff across the business, very attentive and accommodating. Accommodation is great, with personal roof terrace and assigned cabana on private area of Tulum beach. Would highly recommend.

It was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Kennith was fantastic behind the bar and with the tequila & mezcal tasting. We never ate anywhere else other than the two restaurants in the hotel because they were so great. The only room for improvement wound be the size of the fitness center but that’s minor compared to how awesome the property and staff are. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tulum sans children !

A special haven with a gorgeous spa and the messages are life changing. The rooms are right on the beach with every need attended to via what's app messaging. Meal can be ordered from anywhere and delivered to you where ever you are, beach, room, poolside. The setting is serene and I never felt as though the place was crowded and often felt I had the place to myself at times. Very quiet with only the sound of the surf crashing to put me to sleep. The beach is the best with a reserved queen bed reserved for each room.

Location on beach as well as walkout into palm trees and clear sound of ocean was super nice.We felt we had privacy despite proximity to other suites.Wonderful sunrise view from suite.Heated plunge pool on ocean side was the best. My wife and I loved our stay here. The property is ON the beach. We walked through sand from the lobby to our room and then out our sliding door with views of the ocean less than 50' to our own private pool and day bed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend getting the option with the breakfast included. We had a delicious meal waiting for us on our back deck every morning when we woke up. Ziggy's is attached to the hotel and was great for dinner and drinks, we even took salsa dancing classes and morning yoga (included in the stay). There was also a hidden cenote 2 min walking distance across the street! 5-10 min walk from some of the best restaurants and clubs in Tulum at night. We will definitely be coming back to relax and unwind in this slice of paradise.

Wow, amazing experience!!! We have been in 3 different hotels in Tulum on the past 3 weeks, I must say this weekend at the “Beach Hotel” was a mind blowing experience compared to the other hotels. First , the location is perfect, close to all the happenings on the strip , shops, beach clubs, restaurants. About the property and the stuff , you couldn’t ask for more kindness of the stuff and their services, always there to help and service you , super clean and nonstop little things to make your stay pleasant. The restaurants on the property “Ziggie’s” and “Fresco’s” have amazing menus, we ate all our meals for the whole 5 days with them. They provide an assigned beach spot for each guest with full service no charge and super privet. Complimentary breakfast with open menu from both restaurants to order anything you want. Concierge services always happy to help. Great and safe free parking spots. We had live music at “Ziggie’s every night during dinner. Free access to the spa and the gym. Amazing room with beach front , with a private rooftop with jacuzzi. I could go more and more how amazing this place. bottom line they don’t rip you off like other hotels, and provide you with a lot of extra stuff to make your stay so amazing. We will definitely go back every time we are in Tulum , this will be our spot from now and on 🙏👍❤️

Hands down THE most amazing hotel experience! The hotel is beautiful, our room had a breathtaking view and was extremely clean. We felt like the only people there as it was quiet, not overcrowded and just so relaxing. You don’t hear anyone- off in the distance we could hear music at night because we liked to sleep hearing the ocean with the doors open. But with doors closed it’s quiet. Your own beach cabana was so nice as was the beach side service for drinks/food. Highly the Rooftop Jacuzzi Room. The private rooftop is perfection. Ziggys and Frescos had amazing food! Get the Arrachera Angus w/ the veggies and side of mashed potatoes. Best steak of my life. Every meal we ate was just amazing! The late night room service was fast! Turn down service always leaves a little sweet treat.They are very conscious if you have allergies too. The ocean water was beautiful, a tad rough during our stay due to some little storms but after walking the beach we realized just how hard they work to quickly clean the beach all day of ANY seaweed that may come up. We barely saw any especially compared to hotels just down the beach. Beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. Vendors do walk by occasionally but mostly just walk and let you call them if you’re interested. Unfortunately my husband was not feeling well our last day and the bellboy ran to the pharmacy for Gatorade during a storm. They checked on him too. Hospitality, food & hotel grounds are top notch! Transportation was great too!
