The cleaning staff at the property or wonderful. The directions to the property were hard to follow even on the GPS. I feel the property owners could tell you to turn off the highway 307 and go five blocks when you see a certain store . Because there is construction and horrible roads all around a very pretty property of Hotel connect. A larger sign in the parking area to identify the hotel would be good. Not everything was working in the room nor were the correct appliances in the room. Be cautious in booking a room the pictures they show and the room that they call luxury suite with mezzanine and the picture of the private swimming pool is not accurate. If you want the plunge pool or hot tub you have to book unit 1 , 2 or six. The pictures are not accurate for the rooms

The property was very clean. The shower was great. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The apartment was stylish. It looked like the photos, and the bed was comfortable. The AC Mini splits worked well. Our bathroom sink was clogged, and the neighbors upstairs woke us up dragging furniture around. The biggest problem with this rental is that many travelers are having trouble getting into their rental, and if anything goes wrong, it is impossible to get in touch with the owners. A young couple next to us had an apartment code that did not work. They couldn't reach the owner by any means and had to leave to get another hotel. The travelers below us had a problem and couldn't reach the owners after trying for 3 days. Our experience was good, but I did take the precaution of contacting Travelocity before leaving Cancun about the potential problem of getting in. They called the owner three times with no success, but I finally got a WhatsApp confirmation. My advice is to arrive in daytime and be prepared to contact Travelocity about the booking.

I rented this pretty apartment for a staycation as I live in Playa del carmen. Booked it last minute this contributed to the following. Communication was challenging, (what’s app) their payment platform kept declining my card. ( from a major us bank) and I would have to wait an hour between each message for them to send me a new link we tried 2 times till I used an other card. I was meant to check in at 2 and ended up accessing the apartment after dinner. I didn’t get to enjoy the roof top. Jacuzzi the lights where not working and impossible to contact anybody. Locking system on doors is dodgy and hard to operate. I asked for a late check out as they offer it on your site I was rudely declined by the what’s app staff being told at 10:30 I should have already left since the apartment was rented. I just didn’t appreciate their lack of courtesy and of attention to service.

Esto no es un hotel, son departamentos llenos de suciedad, telarañas, basura de rentas anteriores, voy a proceder legalmente en contra de Expedia y de Kanak para que me regresen mi dinero.

Divino!

Padrísimo lugar, las instalaciones son hermosas, selvático y limpio, la decoración del departamento esta muy linda y todas las amenidades también. La comunicación y detalles para ingresar fueron muy claros y me llegaron un día antes del check in. Super recomendado. Al llegar descubrimos una puerta que nos llevaba al techo y estaba el jacuzzi solo para nosotros!! Lo único que agregaría es un bote de basura en la cocina y un botón fácil de encontrar para la calefacción del jacuzzi.

Todo muy bien, perfecta ubicación, personal todos muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar, muy bien equipados con todo lo necesario. Quizá mi único comentario a mejorar serían pequeños elementos de mantenimiento dentro de los condominios, pero son detalles mínimos que se pueden mejorar. Excelente comunicación con la administradora Mariana desde el principio. Volveremos seguramente. Mis hijas lo disfrutaron muchísimo!!

Es bonito el lugar, limpio y muy amables las personas. Cuando realice la reservación, en la pagina seleccione que era con alberca privada , como aparece en la encuesta de la opinión y no fue así, la puerta de entrada a la HABITACIÓN nunca la pude cerrar, aún con las indicaciones que me dieron.
