Great location for exploring Tulum. Easy access to the ruins, food, access to Cultivo for local commute. A little far from the beach but if you are up for 1 hr walk its not bad.

A little oasis in the middle of Tulum pueblo

Perfect spot in the middle of the town, less than a block from the bus station. The room was super comfy, the staff very helpful and chill.

We enjoyed being right in the middle of downtown tulum. Staff was very nice. Roon was plain but clean. In walking distance to all restaurants short 29 min ride to beaches

This property is wonderful! Great location, wonderful owners, and walkable to everything. Scooter rentals right across the street was so convenient! The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. If you really want to experience the city of Tulum, this is a perfect place to start.

They have the parking on the property, which is great. The shower was weird. The water was coming down from the ceiling, so we couldn’t get our “normal” shower. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and accommodating (we were able to leave our bags there as we arrived very early and our room was ready a few hours later). Location was convenient (near shopping, transportation, restaurants etc). Rooms are spacious. Cons: The hotel is under construction. Our room was spacious but looked unfinished. The shower was not working properly (water was splashing everywhere and couldn’t get hot water) and they also only had 10 hair dryers in total and none was available for us. This hotel will be very nice once finished.

I liked the big rooms, big beds , big windows. On Main Street but quiet. I didn’t like the shower. Water sprays everywhere in the bathroom. No hot or warm weather to shower with.
