My family and i love the rooms, kitchen area and access to the roof. Its was exactly as the pictures. The staff was very kind and they waited for us because we got lost and got to the hotel really late. I would definitely stay here next time. When i go with my family and friends. I really recommend.

Great stay

The place is a bit isolated which was actually quite nice because it was quiet. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. The pool is small but nice. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchen which was very convenient! The beds are firm but still comfortable. We enjoyed the stay for sure!

Loved the ambience customer service was excellent. The apt was clean kept and spacious and quiet and pretty lavish I would definitely recommend and would absolutely return no complaints market nearby stores nearby bicycles in the hotel and the property is just gorgeous

Clean, well kept, amazing friendly and helpful staff! Anything we needed we simply contacted the front desk and they were always so happy to help. Selene was so incredibly sweet and even offered to make reservations for us any time we wanted to go out for dinner, she gave us great recommendations and we are so grateful for Eve she did to make our stay PERFECT

Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

Have stayed at Azul a few other times, always great experiences including this last one with the exception of some guest from Argentina or South America that were loud and noisy, children running around inside hallways and parents did not control them. It would be nicer to put signs that read to be mindful of other guest that are also staying and to keep voice down. I understand we paid , they paid but hotels needs to make sure everything is satisfied. My daughter-in-Law had a terrible migraine that hearing all that did not hel!

Me gustó mucho, el personal es muy amable, el lugar es bonito, se descansa muy bien. Si bien está “lejos” del centro, en realidad no es tanto, si estás acostumbrado a caminar en 20 minutos llegas. En el hotel te prestan bicicletas y así puedes llegar a cualquier lado. Yo si me volvería a elegir este lugar

Las habitaciones en general están amplias. La limpieza no fue perfecta pero nada grabé. Al no tener staff 24/7 las 2 noches escuché muchos ruidos de otros huéspedes y realmente no había a quien reportar, fuera de mandar mensajes. Es fácil entrar y salir del hotel ya que hay claves de acceso. La persona en la recepción fue muy amable. Aldea zama es un gran laberinto y tienes que prestar atención a dónde vas ya que es fácil perderse. De noche no hay alumbrado público.

Superbe appartement très spacieux et très bien décoré..très bien équipé. Très propre. Nous étions 6 adultes..parfait. L’accueil est très agréable, on nous a gardé nos valises alors que nous avions rendu la chambre pour que nous puissions être tranquille toute la journée. Facile d’accès, très bien situé.
