Mal la reserva de la página hoteles

Reserve para 2 grandes y 2 chicos y me dieron 3 camas porque la página lo calculo mal . Por lo que la niña más chica tuvo que dormir con nosotros . Te pasan un precio más barato y después en letra chica Dice 3 camas ( eso no es una buena forma de vender)

La habitación estaba en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Por ejemplo con hongos en el baño, la cortina de la ventana no andaba. Se consiguen hoteles en San Miguel de Tucumán en mejores condiciones por un precio menor.

Convenient but overall less than satisfying

There is nothing wrong with the hotel but somewhat disappointing in that it is in need of a renovation. It is very convenient though, walking distance to all of central Tucuman. To put this review in context and with respect to the very hospitable and friendly people we've met during out stay, Tucuman is a poor city with limited sights for a traveler. What sights are there are historically very important in South American history. So the hotel somewhat mirrors the overall need of investment in this historic city to better attract visitors. Tucuman though is very well situated to enjoy the outlying areas of this very picturesque province.

Very accommodating

They went out of their way to communicate since my Spanish is limited. Very accommodating to our business meeting needs although they didn't have an actual meeting room. Kind and courteous. Nice location in center of town. Old but well maintained hotel. Very cool, very old elevator. Room was cleaned daily and the housekeeper noticed I was using a blanket for an extra pillow so upon my return she had left several extras for us. Sweet! Would definitely use this hotel again.

Ideal Location

The stay was fine if on short a stay. The room was kept very clean, the cleaning staff were very attentive. The food was as you would expect from this type of hotel basic and was plentiful. The location was fantastic minutes away from the main plaza - shops and cafes. There were plenty of electrical points to recharge phone, computer etc, Lots of channels on tv to view some English. Downside was only one staff member could speak English and he was not always available. Otherwise would recommend for short stay.

Very Good Value

This is a very central hotel, it is good value for money and had a good sized room with table and chair and good WiFi connection in the room. The bathroom was well set out and spotless.
