Lilljebørn is in a beautiful location in the village of Trysil in Norway. The house is located in the district Bjønnåsen hyttegrend (600m above sea level) and has a beautiful view of the valley of Trysil with the village and the river and the ski mountain. This ski mountain is home to the largest ski area in Norway. The house has been put together with great care, combining a modern, warm look that matches the environment with comfort and a complete interior. A cross-country ski trail runs directly along Lilljebørn. From the house you are immediately on this prepared cross-country trail. In the winter there are plenty of winter sports activities to experience. There is always snow and so you can do skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hikes, husky dog sled rides and much more. In the summer you can think of mountain biking (the lifts are open in the summer to take you up with your mountain bike), special mountain bike park, golf, rafting, canoeing, climbing in a climbing park, hiking and much more.

In short, Lilljebørn is a place where you can fully enjoy yourself, be wonderfully sporty in summer and winter and unwind.

Lovely stay

Ideal for what we needed ... a snowy ski adventure somewhere different. We had 6 staying, which meant it was spacious. 2 more would probably have been fine still. More than that would probably have felt a bit of a squeeze. Facilities were great. Kitchen is well appointed, but not ideal layout for lots of people. My preference would be to have a microwave and a real coffee maker of some kind, but that's a personal preference rather than criticism of the accommodation. Had some fantastic times playing in the deep surrounding snow when not skiing. I quite liked being away from the main ski area, and the drive was easy if you're comfortable driving in snow on hills. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. I'd happily stay again if I decided to return to the area, but generally like going to new places.

Winter Wonderland

Everything was perfect. A cozy cabin that has enough space for a bigger family or two families. Communication with Arjen was very easy and he was very helpful with recommendations etc. We have not been the last time in Trysil.
