"Nowhere was there any mention of the hotel being renovated, especially the pool or the restaurant, which were the major reasons for booking this hotel, best western’s website should clearly state what is being worked on and if amenities are shutdown, as we could have stayed elsewhere for less Money for a sub par breakfast and lack of a pool."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is getting dated. The tv’s don’t have internet access and the wifi is pretty sad. Kids had difficulty streaming their games and shows. Clean but showing it’s age"
