Finally a nice option in Troy. There is nothing fancy about this, but the staff is kind, the breakfast is edible, the air is cold, and the room is clean. We have an incoming student TU and have been struggling to find these options at a local hotel.

Was nice and clean. Gave 3 stars because air conditioner fan made an unusual noise all night and had trouble sleeping. Breakfast was good for most part but milk for cereal was sour.
