A great host and very helpful. Awesome stay! Breakfast pastries and sandwiches were excellent and he gave us bottled water when we left. He also helped us with our luggage.

Loved that the Location was walking distance to the beautiful beach of Tropea. Gina was very nice and extremely helpful with travel questions and any needs . We found the property to be noisy especially in the morning as the breakfast is served in the hallway. This property is more like an Air B N B as your expected to use the same towels for 3 days .

The property was perfect as advertised. The rooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries and conveniences. The location was super convenient for the beach and a short walk into the old town. The host brought fresh breakfast into the foyer in the morning and all of our interactions with the staff were amazing.

This residenza in Tropea was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and to the historical centre. Gina was such a warm, welcoming host, who provided us with a very tasty breakfast every morning, consisting of fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt, eggs, brioche, meats, cheese, and some homemade local specialities. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. This was our second time to Tropea, and if we are ever back there again, we would definitely book the Residenza Burmaria!

Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και περίπου 15 -20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το ιστορικό κέντρο (έχει σκαλιά για να ανέβεις στην πόλη). Διαθέτει δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης, το πρωινό αποτελείται κατά κύριο λόγο από σπιτικά προϊόντα τα οποία φτιάχνει η ιδιοκτήτρια. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο, αλλά όλος ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και ανακαινισμένος. Δυστυχώς δεν διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα οπότε είναι ακατάλληλο για ΑΜΕΑ και για όσους έχουν μικρά παιδιά με καροτσάκια διότι βρίσκεται στον 3 όροφο. Σίγουρα είναι μια καλή επιλογή για όσους έχουν αυτοκίνητο, διότι η στάθμευση στην πόλη της Τρόπαια είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολη και φυσικά με πληρωμή και επίσης δεν επιτρέπεται η είσοδος των αυτοκινήτων στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Αξίζει να μείνετε εκεί αν επίσης θέλετε να αποφύγετε την βαβούρα της Τρόπαια.

Comodissimo B&B

La proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha consigliate tre ristoranti ottimi. colazione di qualità eccellente che puoi tranquillamente consumarla sul balcone della tua camera. B&B a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più bella di Tropea e 5 dal centro, pulito e curato. Parcheggio privato comodo, non c’è ascensore ma molto comodo lo stesso. Lo consiglio vivamente ci ritorneremo molto volentieri.

The service was amazing, the room was very cosy, comfortable and clean. Gina was a wonderful host, and always took care about our comfort. The placement of apartment is too close to the beach as well as to the city centre.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile

La Signora Gina ed il Signor Salvatore, Responsabili della Residenza, sono 2 splendide persone che ci hanno coccolato. Due autentici Maestri dell'Accoglienza. La colazione, sempre abbondantissima, era deliziosa; ogni mattina trovavamo diverse sorprese estremamente gustose. La camera era sempre perfettamente sistemata: il profumo di pulito, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani immacolati erano la miglior testimonianza di un'attenzione maniacale ai dettagli. Inoltre non ci hanno mai fatto mancare le cialde per il caffè, il thé ed il cappuccino. Anche la scelta delle saponette e dei bagnoschiuma rivelava un tocco di classe profonda. Infine, abbiamo potuto giovare di tutti i consigli ricevuti per apprezzare il territorio, la cucina e le persone di questa bellissima terra.

La migliore accoglienza, struttura nuovissima, massimo del comfort e pulizia. Wi-Fi e aria condizionata e parcheggio privato gratuito. Vicinissima al centro e alle spiagge paradisiache di Michelino e santuario dell’isola. Gina e Antonella sono gentilissime e a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza o informazione. Su richiesta prenotano escursioni, ristoranti, spiagge. Meglio di così non si può. 10+++

La cura del dettaglio

Difficilmente ho soggiornato in un b&b tanto curato e gestito con una simile attenzione agli ospiti e ai dettagli. La camera è perfetta: tutto è nuovo ed è stato studiato con cura (particolarmente apprezzati i comandi per aprire/chiudere la persiana posizionati su entrambi i lati dei letti) ma, oltre a questo, la differenza la fanno sicuramente le mille attenzioni di chi gestisce la Residenza Burmaria... dalle cialde per il caffè ai dolci fatti in casa lasciatici nel minifrigo, alle bottigliette d'acqua in omaggio, alla possibilità di chiedere la colazione in camere senza extra... il resto vi conviene scoprirlo da soli, non voglio rovinarvi la sorpresa...
