What a lovely, cozy stay right in the center of Tromsø! Breakfast and dinner, as well as midday snack, were wonderful and such a great value. The sauna was so nice to use after a day of sightseeing (there is a jacuzzi as well with a view of the town, with a small charge to reserve and use it).

Amazing facilities, you have to try the rooftop hot tub even if it’s raining (it was an extra fee but totally worth it). The food included was nice - nothing fancy but not having to pay for breakfast and dinner out means you can save for all the incredibly activities tromso had to offer. Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean - we will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we’re next in Tromso

It is a nice hotel that offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The bed sheets were dirty and itchy, and during our entire stay we had to ask the staff five times to have the room cleaned. Even then, it was still not properly cleaned. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself is nice and offers many facilities.

Straightforward check in upon arrival. Room, although fairly compact in size, was cosy and clean. Nice little view of the sea. Excellent location for everything! Breakfast was great, no complaints there! I thought there was a wide variety to choose from. Hot drinks and cakes served 3-5pm was a lovely touch too. Had 1 evening meal there which was lovely. Not a huge variety but that wasnt an issue as I liked what was on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Room nice and warm although ours looked onto office block which meant closing the curtains when dressing, not ideal during very short daylight. Brilliant hotel in Tromsø city centre. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions ie Polar museum, arctic cathedral and a short bus ride to the cable car. Breakfast, evening snacks and dinner are provided with booking which is very nice. Just one point to note about dinner: this is served between 18:00 to 20:00, so if you are going on a northern lights tour you will miss the dinner. Furthermore, for a 250£ / night hotel they don't clean your room unless specifically requested at the reception. They cleaned our room once during our 7 day stay, but for some reason only did the bathroom but not the bed. Overall, very nice hotel would definitely recommend.
