We had to make a last minute reservation in this area and most of the hotels were full. Really appreciated that this room was recently renovated and very clean. Price was right and parking right there. I don't think they have a lot of amenities but if you have a chance to eat at Le Buck - it will be memorable but expensive.

This place is a budget traveller's gem. The staff are happy and helpful, same with the front desk. Lots of little touches tell me the owner and staff are very proud of their motel. Room was spotless and comfortable.

Great staff, helpful on registration and anything we needed. The AC was perfect on a very warm evening and the room was quiet and very clean. Likely stay there on our drive back home.

The room did have an odour to it- not sure how to describe it. I lost my car key underneath the stairs. There’s soo much wood and lattice that I was unable to retrieve my car key :( I was chased in my car on the Sunday as they assumed I was checking out, but I wasn’t until Monday. The ottomans in the room and bathroom were worn and old. It stated there was a kitchen.. false. Utensils… false.

The staff was very helpful when we requested to be moved to the second floor. There was no ice available for our cocktails and we had to ask for glasses. However, the room was super clean and the lady who greeted us, lovely. The area of the hotel was as tacky as the name of the hotel. It is a 2 star hotel so 160$ for 1 night was really steep. It wasn't worth more than 120$ but we booked last minute and it was all we could find.

This was an okay stop for 1 night. Our room was dark due to its location. The room was clean but the shower still had someone else's used soap and shampoo in it and the door was off the track. The bathrrom had a burned out light so it was dark for trying to do makeup. Still, the room was fine. However, we booked through a third party where we found this hotel. The rate was good and we booked. We indicated we had motorcycles and wanted to park where the bikes would be safe and could be seen. We stay in about 60 hotels/motels a year on bike trips and this is always a priority for us. On check-in I asked about lower floor or view of the lot. I was told we had booked an 'economy room' so that is what we get. There were 3 rooms without direct views of the parking lot and we got one of them. We could have parked next to the road but that was less safe for the bikes putting them right at the sidewalk and with no other vehicles around. The hotel was next to empty with only 4 cars in the lot overnight, one of them belonging to someone who clearly lived there (and he was a character!). It would have cost them nothing to give us a more convenient room, with views of the parking lot and not so dark. It is little things like this attitude that make all the difference in how we view a stay. I won't return. Still, if you are looking for a budget stay, it is okay.
