The toilet and bath tub wasn’t cleaned. The room was just plain dirty. The bedspread on one of the beds was bleached. The microwave had a large burn place on the front. The staff was friendly.

Upon initial checkin price was higher then what I booked but the young girl checking me in was very pleasant. You couldn't enter lobby next day however manager was a witch. Did not have a coffee pot. Top cover was like that of a drape and did not fit bed,and ac didnt work to well. Note: it is a pet friendly hotel accept theres a fee which is not advertised and a sign in lobby which is always locked so you can not see it

We checked in and I had company and they called the room and came knocking and said no company I’m giving you 5min notice and I’m going to call the police so the next day I check out because all kind of men was drinking outside and she didn’t say anything about that but because I had 3 people in my room she went off I’ll not stay there again..

First thing I noticed was that it was noisy and that management parked their personal vehicles, one under the canopy and the other in the handicap parking near the stairs. I stayed in one of the presidential suites. The toilet was so short that it appeared that it was meant for a child. I would not recommend this motel.

The property was unkempt, dirty with open garbage containers at the front of the property. Several individuals were sitting on outside stairwells smoking and hanging out. The smell of cleaner was so intense it activated a sneezing sensation. The room itself was called the ‘Presidential Suite’. I sat on the toilet and it moved and slammed into the wall behind. The room looked neat but was dirty, the bathroom door had droplets that needed wiping- can only image what created it. I had to leave, could not stay in that hotel.

This was among one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There is no free breakfast (it was advertised), the lobby access was a small window that had to be slid open if you wanted to talk to someone. room had cobwebs and spiders on ceiling, carpet dirty, bathtub had hole in it. we were awoke at 1 am because of loud rap music, the room next to us had a guy who sat outside and smoked all the time. I have COPD an smoke came under the door. we got this room because it was close to our granddaughters and was not rated that badly. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, stayed 1 and ate the cost for the second night. They overcharged us when we checked in and the cost was not what the web site said when booked. Please go a few miles out of Trion and stay this place is not worth $20 a night let alone the $80 they charged us. I don't understand why cleaning a hotel room has to be such a big deal. Use a webster on the ceiling for heavens sake. We had to ask for a blanket because the bed had a very light thin sheet and cover that was like a hankerchief. I would like to give you something good about this place, but honestly I just cannot.

No hot water no matter the time of day. Stained sheets, towels & wash cloths. Room wasn’t very clean. No iron to go with the ironing board. Hangers were from Walmart clothing. Ice machine didn’t work. Property run down and room was nothing like the pictures. Bedding was a thin sheet and a very thin almost decorative sheet. Splatter marks on the wall that look like blood in the bathroom and vanity area almost like from needle spray. Only one plug in the room worked and every time the fridge condenser kicked on it shut the tv off

Booked ground floor, non smoking. Got ground floor and lots of smoke. They overcharged me. There was a $9.00 fee that was taken out at booking. The motel charged me that fee again. I showed them the paperwork and they said they didn't care, they charged the full amount for the room and the fee. The TV did not work. They also did not remove the trash during the day while we were not there doing our business. They also did not return the new wash cloth. They will probably want to charge me for a wash cloth. The young girl who took the reservation was not a nice person either. The mother was polite but the young girl was not. NO, WE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE.......

Lady at the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied, that situation could have turned out to be TERRIBLE, if my 6 year old and I had opened that door and the person inside had a weapon we could have been hurt badly! Towels and rags had stains on them, bedding had cigarette burns in them. Not clean at all!
