Muy buena experiencia
Es vivir la experiencia de estar en una chacra, con el río Chubut que pasa por al lado de la casa y en medio de un parque lleno de álamos y otros árboles. Cerca de Trelew pero es necesario ir con auto. Preciosa casa, impecable la atención del personal, delicioso el desayuno con postres y mermeladas caseros. Absolutamente recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Best Hotel in Trelew
Superb service!!! Yanina helped us with a last minute booking to visit Punta Tombo (pinguin site) and was extremely kind. You really feel at home at La Casona del Río. Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We hope to come back very soon!!

A must visit!
Where to begin...
They saved my trip! I had a bit of a fiasco with my booked rental car, and long story short, arrived via taxi at 10pm without a car. The next morning at breakfast, I tried calling all the rental car companies I could find to no luck. My gracious host offered to make a call for me, and found me a car for that day. It literally saved the trip. I booked another night (as my plans were tight to begin with, so I had to re-arrange due to the lack of a car in the morning).
The B&B is situated on a really nice piece of property outside of the city. You really do need a car. But aside from that, it's amazing. You get to see stars at night, and you're only 10 minutes away from downtown.
Really, one of the best places I have ever stayed, with the personal touch that makes the ultimate difference...

Prachtige rustig gelegen B&B!
Mooi plekje om te verblijven, eigenaars zijn bijzonder vriendelijk! Maak niet dezelfde fout als wij: blijf er maar één nacht. Echt aan te bevelen hier mininmaal twee nachten te verblijven!

Top-Adresse für netten, erholsamen Aufenthalt
Die Gatgeberfamilie hat mit dem Casina del Rio ein richtiges kleines naturnahes Schatzkästlein geschaffen. Das Haus liegt am Chubut-Fluss ca. 4-5 km außerhalb Trelews. Taxi- oder Busanfahrt ist möglich, perfekt aber ist ein Mietwagen. Yanina, Nadia und Carlos sind sehr nett und kommunikativ. Ein Abend mit einem Essen sollte man sich ebenfalls gönnen! Die Casona liegt inmitten einer alten "Chacra". Ruhe ist hier garantiert und man schläft phantastisch.Das Haus liegt sehr gut, um von hier aus z.B. die Kolonie der Magellan-Pinguine an der Punta Tombo oder die Waliesuchenserorte im Chbut-Tal zu besuchen. Toll ist auch das paläontologische Museum in Trelew.

La Casona del Rio: un valido punto d'appoggio
Avevamo necessità di un punto d'appoggio a Trelew per una notte, arrivati in volo da B. Aires e diretti l'indomani in auto a El Calafate. La Casona è un po' distante dal centro, ma avevamo già l'auto. E' un hotel a gestione familiare, comodo, piacevolmente simile ad una villetta inglese. Ci hanno accolto benissimo. Ancora prima di partire ci hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema del noleggio dell'auto, per il quale incontravamo grosse difficoltà. Da consigliare!
