"Very noisy when people walk above you at all hours of the night. Barking dog in hallway. 3am hour long vulgar argument going on in parking area below window. A bare bones facility"

"The hotel was overbooked as their reservation system was down, so the non-smoking room requested through Expedia brushed over as a smoking room. The room was unbearable to be in. In a fortunate test of fate, the AC did not work in that room. I went to the office and the mid-day/evening front desk attendant kept putting me off. I checked back several times, each one he gave false timelines for him to go check it and he never did. After more than an hour he left the property so I returned to the office. The overnight front desk attendants contacted ownership/management who approved moving me into a room that had been blocked off in order to accommodate me. The room was clean and comfortable."
