J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner. Le propriétaire affirme qu'il me rembourserait et ensuite il n'y a rien qui se passe. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et il baratine à chaque quoi. Aujourd’hui il ne me répond même plus au téléphone. Il est de très mauvaise foi. Je me sens arnaquée. Passez votre chemin. D'autres structures en valent la peine, celle-ci est gérée par un délinquant.

Vraiment un arnaque. j'ai payé en ligne puis le propriétaire m'a fait payer en liquide sur place. PAS DU TOUT RECOMMENDABLE!!!! This is really a very bad expierience I paid via Hotels.com and then the hotel asked me to payed at place too. He had being paid twice for this
