Great location, very comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful view. It was a little unsettling to wait for the entrance instruction until 30 minutes before check in, but not a deal breaker. I’m just a planner and last minute is uncomfortable for me.

This is the second time I’ve stayed on this property. It is perfect for our family of six and so convenient. It is a little noisy so I will try to get on the fourth floor next time. Also, there could be more glasses in the kitchen and more coffee pods.

This was the cleanest, most spacious property I have ever stayed at. It felt brand new and is perfectly located on the bike path within easy walking distance to all of downtown. Spectacular water views from the balcony too.

Best stay ever!

Excellent large, attractive spaces— beautifully decorated ! Asked for a 2 bedroom and was given a 3 bedroom, well equipped bathrooms . The balcony had glass windbreaks which made the wind off Lake Michigan more bearable on the windy days. Would stay again, again, & again!

This property was just perfect! It was so nice, clean, and close to Front Street. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds and MORE than enough room for what we needed.

This is a very beautiful property with a great view of the lake. Due to construction and traffic, there is a good bit of street noise. When the doors are closed, it is quiet inside. There is a walking path in front of the building, and a beach across the street.

Communication was excellent, check in instructions were clear. When we first walked in we were impressed by the cleanliness, modern features, spaciousness, and view to the lake ALL in the first step into the condo. Another important feature that doesn’t get mentioned often is the comfort of the beds so I want to let people who are considering this property know that the beds are really comfortable. The location is central to everything in town, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Other attractions like Sleeping Bear Dune, wineries, and Fishtown are a pleasant and scenic drive. I was never concerned with security. There are different codes to get into the building and your room. I would suggest taking a screenshot of them in case you forget them. There is a coffee maker and they did supply pods of various coffee blends. If you have your favorite you can bring your own pods. The kitchen is equipped if you wish to grocery shop and prepare your own breakfast or dinners. Overall, Kasa 539 was such a wonderful experience that my wife and I have already decided to book this place again when we come back. I highly recommend this for your family too.

This was a very nice place to stay and a great location! Close to Front Street and the bay. It was very comfortable as well. There is construction on the road in front of the property, so that was a little messy and noisy. Also, the kitchen is pretty sparse. There are NO staples, not even salt. Bring everything you may need to cook. The coffee pods were also few and not very good. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

The condo was amazing ! Very clean . There are a couple complaints , you could not turn down the street to get into the parking lot , where you need to turn was always blocked , we had to come in from the exit every time to get into the parking lot. The second complaint is the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants walking across the floor all night . Other than that the place was great and the view was spectacular!

The view is worth it!

We received a text stating our room was ready at 3:30, we went up around 4:00 and they were still cleaning it when we tried entering. It was no big deal, she told us 30 more minutes. We then received a text stating our room wasn’t going to be ready until 5. Then another stating it wouldn’t be ready until 5:30. We started to get disappointed, as the original check-in time was set for 4:00pm. Once we had access, the room was very clean, which we appreciated! We sat down to relax, only to realize none of the Roku remotes for the tv’s worked. Thankfully, we weren’t going to be spending much time in our room so it wasn’t a huge deal. We just searched the Directv channels (which are limited.) at night when we would return. The drain in the bathtub was broken as well. Parking spots are small and the lines to divide the spots are light, making it hard to know exactly how spacing should be. We came back one night to a truck halfway in our spot. We texted the virtual front desk number, and they had us move spots the following morning. We were grateful they were accommodating. It’s a bit noisy / apartment style living. You can hear others in their rooms. We didn’t mind, but I could see how some may. The street out front on the bay gets busy during rush house traffic, we didn’t mind, just making others aware. Overall, the condo is spacious, comfy and perfect for a family of 4 or less! You could also host guests comfortably. The 3rd floor view of the bay was absolutely incredible!

I really wanted to like this place. It was clean, spacious and walkable. The view was great. The master had a large bathroom and walk in closet.The washer and dryer were amazing. Communication with property management was easy and efficient. However, we will not stay again. The property LOOKS nice but is clearly very cheaply constructed. You can hear every single footstep from the neighbors above. It kept use awake until 2 am. They weren't even being particularly loud, they were simply moving about their condo and it was uncomfortably loud. (Keeping in mind I live in NYC and have had some pretty bad apartments in terms of noise. This was the worst I've ever experienced.) The walls to the outside also transfer sound. When someone opened and closed the door to the building, it sounded like a ball slamming against the back bedroom wall. This woke our son multiple times and was so loud it caused me to jump when putting him back down at midnight. There are no deadbolts on the outside doors. You cannot secure the door at night. We were ground level and there were no additional locks for sliding glass doors that open to the sidewalk causing some concern for safety. No blackout shades. It is BRIGHT come morning (or a car pulled over on the parkway outside your window at 1 am.) The one night we were there with no one else staying above us, it was great. But once the neighbors above came and the condo filled up, the noise from even the most considerate neighbors was too much.

It was a great value and made our time in TC very enjoyable. Have a living room to relax in made it perfect. The couch was not a pull out as stated but they left a mattress. It was fine for my 20 year old but someone else may not have been comfortable.
