旅館職員親切友善，房間及環境亦很好

旅館附近有數個外湯和商店，步行至城崎溫泉車站亦只須10分鐘。旅館門前就是小溪，環境優美。晚餐十分精緻和美味，服務的人員亦十分親切友善。
