Villa 'Gloria Guest House' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Tovo San Giacomo, Liguria, this 300 m² villa can accommodate up to 9 people and 1 child (0-3 years). Spread over two levels, it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms (wind-free systems in the bedrooms), central heating and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The private kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. A dedicated workspace is available. Two high chairs, a cot, a dressing room with changing table and children's toys are included. Outside, you will find a large fenced private garden and spacious terraces with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. There is also a pergola, gazebo, barbecue, wood oven, swings and a slide, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. Five or six private parking spaces are available. Only one small pet is allowed. For leisure, you will find table tennis, billiards, table football, fitness equipment, infrared sauna and a play area. Charging station for electric vehicles available for an extra fee. Public transport 500 m away. Events are not allowed. Arrival: Saturday or Sunday. Departure: Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The villa is located between Finale Ligure, Pietra Ligure and Borgio Verezzi, just minutes from the beaches of Varigotti, Noli and Alassio. Nearby: trails for MTB, hiking, climbing, water sports, paragliding and hang gliding. Villa renovated in 2023 with sustainable materials and energy-saving solutions. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, waste separation) included. Cleaning fees and tourist tax to be paid on site.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this holiday home and can highly recommend it! With a group of 8 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of space, and the house matched the descriptions in the listing perfectly.The location of the holiday home is simply stunning. The view was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The surroundings always delighted us.We particularly want to highlight the fantastic recreational opportunities nearby. We spent a lot of time mountain biking, and the trails in the area were amazing. Road cycling was also great, with ideal roads for it. For the climbing enthusiasts in our group, there were excellent options in the region as well.The entire process was very smooth. Communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated, making check-in and our stay very easy.Overall, it was a perfect vacation, and we would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
