Nice Hostel… breakfast ok, bar is nice… bikeroom ist good and easy.. but the cleaning started at 6 in the Morning. The kitchen could be cleaner.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.clean, comfortable and location was perfect in centre of tours. Tram was short distance away and supermarket ,shops an restaurants all within close proximity, Nothing was trouble to the staff and itfelt more like a hotel vibe than a hostel. The beds were excellent and comfy and wash facilities an toilet in your room. Great outside area at the back of hostel to socialise,eat food or just chill with a drink. Would highly recommend this place to all age groups.

The people hostel tour

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La propreté n’était clairement pas au rendez-vous : les ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient couverts de poussière, certains ne fonctionnaient pas du tout, et aucun remplacement ne nous a été proposé malgré nos remarques. La salle de bain dégageait une forte odeur désagréable, et bien que nous ayons signalé le problème, aucune solution concrète ne nous a été apportée. On nous a simplement répondu qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible, sans chercher d’alternative ou de compromis. Ce qui est d’autant plus regrettable, c’est que dans une telle situation, le responsable n’a même pas pris la peine de venir à notre rencontre pour discuter ou essayer de résoudre le problème. Il a laissé ses employés gérer seuls la situation, sans véritable marge de manœuvre. Un geste commercial a été consenti, mais il est resté bien en dessous de ce que l’on pouvait attendre au vu des désagréments rencontrés. Dommage, car un meilleur sens du service client aurait pu faire toute la différence.

Hôtel accueillant et décontracté

Hôtel accueillant à l'ambiance décontractée, le personnel est jeune et compétent. Les locaux sont globalement propres mais on constate une usure des lieux qui pourrait ternire l'image : nez de marche des escaliers abîmés, peinture qui craquelle au plafond de la SDB (ch 209). Le confort des lits est bon et il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour !

Fabuleux

J'ai vraiment été ravie de séjourner au sein de cette magnifique auberge. Les parties communes sont nombreuses, les chambres parfaitement aménagés. J'aime beaucoup les lits avec rideaux qui permettent de conserver une intimité tout en partageant un dortoir. Propreté impeccable. Et accueil très aimable. De plus, la proximité de la gare et du centre ville est très appréciable. En bref un rapport qualité-prix imbattable !

Blev mødt af smilende personale som var imødekommende. Fint rent værelse comfortabel seng, dog savnede vi lidt tv og mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe på værelset. Men ellers ikke nået at klage over. Det var midt i byen.
