The hotel is very new so evrything was clean and well appointed. It is centrally located in Tours with a great choice of reastaurants nearby. Underground parking is available nearby. It's a great choice for visiting Tours.

A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about.

Great location on the Loire River. Highly recommend paying a little extra for view. Large comfortable room and bed. Large bath and shower. Good free breakfast. Is right at the tram stop and blocks from very good restaurants and interesting old neighborhoods. The value of this hotel is superior to the sister Hilton property across the road in my opinion.

Moving around France and this gem was like a vacation from our french vacation. I never opt for hotel breakfast but this was included in low base price. Very well done. Lobby bar fully stocked with snacks and drinks meant not having to find a convenience store. Easy location plus tram stop to the train station. Large rooms. I could live there.

Great hotel, with great location by the river and great 3rd party underground parking right opposite. Only issues were Breakfast, Sunday morning was Chaos, the 1 member of staff did their best, but everything was lacking, like tables not cleaned, and at any one time when you went to the buffet there was always a few things that had run out, from clean plates, glasses, Cups, ran out of Waffle batter, no tomatoes, no fresh juice, no pastries.. they would re plenish one thing only for 2 others to run out, felt sorry for them, as should have been staffed better. Aircon was weak, fair enough the weather was very hot, but the room was at best a little cooler than outside, not cold, as you could expect from a new building ran by a premium chain. Having said all this it is the 3rd time I've stayed here and would definitely stay again or at its sister hotel across the road when next passing Tours way.

The hotel was right across from the Tram. 5 minute walk into town. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, excellent service, friendly people! One advice is to keep a min-fridge in each room that could keep your water, juices, milk, yoghurt, foods, etc. at comfortable temperatures in extreme weather conditions.

Great location, right on the river and at the top of the main shopping street, close to the square with restaurants & bars and a short walk to the cathedral. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable as was the hotel. Beside a tram stop so convenient for the airport and exploring Tours
