Pire séjour de ma vie.

Le personnel n'est pas aimable et compréhensible. J'ai été traité comme un voleur. La chambre était très petite et sale. Je n'avais pas d'eau chaude en hiver. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement limité. Je déconseille vivement.

L’isolation des murs est égale à une feuille de cigarette, on entend les autres chambres tant sur les discussions que sur les sanitaires... chambre donnant sur un petit patio avec d’autre fenêtre juste à côté. Peu d’eau chaude et sans pression.. personnellement je n’y retournerai pas...

The location is fantastic especially for the price point. Only downside is that the shower literally takes 15 minutes to even get warm, but it got there.

A good base to explore Toulouse

I visited Toulouse as had never been before and had seen a lot of good things about it. The hotel, in itself, was fine. 2 stars, not very expensive. It was easy to get to from the bus / train station, about half a kilometre, and practical for going in to the Centre (Capitole etc), about a kilometre, if that. The hotel was clean and tidy, not luxurious, but you get what you pay for, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast (but had no fruit, which I would have liked). The bed was not particularly comfortable for someone with back problems like me. The shower took ages to warm up and took a lot of fiddling around with before getting the right heat, by which time, I'd finished. Also, I found having the towel rail in front of the basin slightly painful for my back as you have to bend further over the basin. I also suffered from food poisoning from eating infected tapas in town while there, so spent more time in the room than I would normally have done.
