My only issue was that we ran out of hot water on our last morning while trying to shower. I was told after that each stay has a limited amount of hot water, and we had used ours up. "Located right in the middle of Toulouse old town, host was clear and self-check in process was easy. The unit is nice with updated fixtures. The main bed is fine, however the secondary bed (futon) is extremely uncomfortable and not great for an adult, so this unit is better suited to a couple or a family with young kids rather than adults travelling together."
