"Great value, great location, breakfast had a ton of options. Room was not the cleanest. Staff cleaned rooms too early in the day (9 am) so had to go without cleanings several days."

"Hotel is above train station but it was still very quiet. Recently upgraded and well situated. They offer use of hot tub 1/2 hours per stay but need to reserve in advance, we were too late. Nice village and recommend meal at Kennedy in old town centre "

"This is a very nice hotel next to a beautiful park with a small lake. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. There is a very good restaurant onsite and parking is conveniently onsite."

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. "Did not meet expectations for described "panoramic" room. The room had a tiny terrace facing the rear of the hotel onto a hillside. No view whatsoever. "

"Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water. "
