This place is immaculate and the owners Ray and Paula are fantastic hosts. The breakfast was fabulous. It has our highest recommendation if you are staying in Torquay do yourself a favour and book here!

Grosvenor House Stay September 2023

We stayed at Grosvenor House for a couple of nights. The property is well kept and maintained. Only one thing I would say is we missed air-conditioning during the hot weather. Parking slots are very tight and if you have a new car and worry about someone banging their doors into your car body, be prepared to park somewhere else!

Lovely Hotel,good location

Very comfortable hotel, the room we stayed in was very quiet and bed very comfortable,The hosts Paula and Ray are lovely and make you feel very welcome. If you want any ideas of what to do and see just ask them, they are full of local knowledge. Breakfast is very good too. Hotel is also in a great location nice and quiet and with in easy walking distance to beach, harbour and town, would definitely stay again if we go back to Torquay

A gem of a B&B

This was my first solo holiday, but Paula and Ray made me very welcome straight from my arrival. They are a fount of knowledge about the area, which they are more than happy to share - I think their motto is "nothing is too much trouble". My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a really comfortable bed and all the extras including a decent hairdryer. The bathroom was small but immaculate and had a really good power shower. Plenty of choice at breakfast and Ray produces an excellent Full English using local produce. Good location - 15 mins leisurely stroll through the grounds of Torre Abbey to the seafront. Now I have found this little gem I will be returning.

Wonderful place to stay

Stayed here for a week and was met with a warm welcome, was given information on the area and suggested things to do. The location is perfect for a base camp and only a nice short walk into town, beach etc.
