Mostly good for a first visit! The suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great for the proximity to the city and the airport. (About a 25 minute drive to Pearson). The room decor, although not shabby - is straight out of the 1980s. I had specifically asked for a suite with a washer and I got it - complete with an “Out of Order” sign. My first attempt to check in a few hours early was met with a sharp rule reading of check in times and failure to request an early check in.

Staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. 2 bdrm suite was great. Spotless, and while the kitchen and bathroom look like they need updating soon, the rest had been updated, fresh, and a mix of new more modern pieces with some of the original more traditional furniture and decor. Having a living room and full kitchen to hang out in and separate rooms makes it better than any standard double Queen Bed hotel room any day. The beds were comfortable, location was great and enjoyed the recommended Shore restaurant for dinner with live music on the bar side after, and the restaurant bar with live music down the street after that! And only a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again
