Great base for exploring downtown! We originally booked a 1-bedroom and were pleasantly surprised when the host gave us a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite when they noticed we were 6 people!! The location is super convenient with quick access to transit and plenty of downtown spots within walking distance. Inside, the apartment was tidy and well appointed.

I booked a different room than I was given. This was not communicated to me until I notified them when I arrived. We were supposed to have three beds and we ended up having two. Check-in was easy, and my host met me with the key but I have to say it’s not in a great neighborhood. you would not want to go wandering around.

Unfortunately, I didn’t ended up staying at the hotel. I didn’t see the correct address for hotel . Until it was too late. I used the one provided when booking. Which was not right. It was the old location, which was closed. It was not a safe area, my bag was almost stolen from me.

-great location! We were walking distance to theatres, markets, shopping, grocery stores and other things we were looking for. -Toronto in the fall is beautiful and our unit offer stunning views. -the unit was clean as well as the corridors and elevators. We didn’t use the amenities. -the staff was attentive and quick to respond when we needed more supplies. The staff was polite. -underground parking is available but run but a separate company. There is a flat rate fee for 12 hour intervals. You can also add additional time. -I would not wander behind the building after dark. We felt safe enough as we didn’t walk alone and we stayed on Jarvis or Dundas after dark.
