The freight train rumbles by quite a lot. They did a good job of insulating the rooms from the sound, but you can feel it. Lighter sleepers might have issue. Otherwise, the staff was great, the restaurant was good and it was an all around good stopover to Los Angeles.

Conveniently located off the 40. Beautiful view of the river. The pool/patio set up is fantastic. Pool was open til 11, restaurant open til 9. Rooms are very spacious, nice updates with fridge and partial kitchen. There are no utensils. The train is loud and runs about every 10-15 minutes but you kind of get used to it. Dog friendly. Overall I’d absolutely recommend staying here, and I look forward to returning.

It's way out in the middle of nowhere, between Lake Havasu and Bullhead. There is a marina and a boat launch. A remote getaway on the river with great facilities.

Super Cool Resort on the Colorado River

Rooms were great. New, clean and very nice view of the river. Didn't do the pool but it sure looked nice. Friendly accommodating staff. Boat slip included. Nice place. Thank you Chip!
