"Room was great, staff check in was a breeze. Metro near by maybe a block from hotel. Area was quiet and safe."

"Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom."

"Was ok for a 2 night stay, small single room in the loft but didn't spend much time there. The mattress topper kept sliding around off the bed though, and I had to ask for the A/C to be switched over from heating as it got hot in the night with no way of cooling. Staff were helpful tho. "The Radisson Hotel Antwerp Berchem is a comfortable, clean, standard chain hotel to stay in. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was very helpful. What stands out about this hotel is how terrible and difficult it was to park there. The parking garage is fine, but there are many businesses using it. The Radisson signage is small and the print on it so small that it was difficult to read. What signage there was disappeared after a few turns and we were left wandering around in the garage looking for the entrance to the hotel. The Lidl supermarket in the same garage had fine signage, perhaps the Radisson people should copy what they are doing. We ran into another man in the garage who said he had spent half an hour looking for the entrance to the hotel. We would not stay here again because of the parking."
