何度も利用させていただいております。 いつでもきれいで、大浴場もいいし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。予約の時に喫煙可の部屋しか空いてなかったのでそちらで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に禁煙の部屋に変更してくださいました。そのようなホスピタリティがルートインスタッフの皆さんにあるなぁと感じます。 こちらのホテルでは、6時半の朝食開始時が混雑ピークでしたが、7時ともなると、ほとんどいなくなり、出発される方が多い印象です。

とてもきれいです。お風呂もきれい、化粧水など良いと思います。フロントも丁寧に説明してくれます。ご飯がおいしい、いつも朝食バイキングが楽しみ食べ過ぎてしまう、食堂のスタッフもお部屋係りも元気に挨拶してくれていい感じです。

周辺は、飲食店やコンビニやガソリンスタンドがあり便利でした。スタッフは、丁寧でした。7月の利用でしたが、部屋は、到着時から暑く不快な臭いが強かった。空気清浄機自体が臭かったので使用できなかった。ルームキーが部屋の電気のON/OFFの役割もあるので、エアコンも部屋を出ると切れる。食事、風呂から戻るたびサウナ状態だった。
