So my kids couldn't watch tv the entire three days No drinking cups just ice bucket Shampoo that's attached in shower was empty Pool was dirty with leaves and branches the entire three days Hot tub was broken for two days with no heat then on Saturday it was fixed No outdoor pool towels "

Rooms are on the second floor, no elevator so be prepared for steps. I would give 6 stars if possible. It was so quite that I thought maybe I had lost my hearing. "
