I loved the old rustic feel of the room and the property in general. The rooms was beautiful and large. We also loved the amazing breakfast served when we were there. Large portions, delicious and great service. We also got to meet the owner, and she was a delight to speak with. I highly recommend this hotel!

We were the only people staying there some nights, so very quiet. Owner and employees only spoke Spanish so unable to ask about things to do or highlights. Breakfast only on the weekends. We asked to use the kitchen, refrigerator or microwave to make our owk breakfast but the answer was no.

Unfriendly front desk clerk, unwilling to help.

The website says that the price includes breakfast. It does not. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was never open the whole time we were there. The lady who checked us in seemed to be bothered that we had actually shown up since the room was pre paid. She did not want to offer extra towels. She said the front door closes at 10 PM and we would not be allowed back in the hotel if we arrived after 10 PM, even though the watch man said there is someone willing to open up for guests 24 hours a day. There was plenty of hot water which was nice after a long hike in the butterfly sanctuary.

No me respetaron la reservación, ( código de reservación 73333843288820 ) llegue al hotel durante la noche y me dijeron que ya estaba todo lleno, perdí tiempo en la búsqueda de otro hotel y con los costos elevados por la premura, me comunique a los teléfonos de Expedia ( 800-461-1300 y 800-953-0313 ) y jamás me pudieron resolver lo del reembolso. Terrible página para hacer reservaciónes, no la recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

La habitación estaba sucia , olia todo muchisimo a humedad los baños estan supeer chiquitos , todo el hotel se ve sucio , la persona que nos recibió nos trato pesimo y grosera , nos tardo media hora en darnos una habitación y queria dar otra habitacion que no era la que yo reserve , cuando le dije que eso no pagamos con gesto muuuy molesto nos dijo "bueno si eso dicen tengo otra mejorcita" y nos dio otra que igual estaba fea y mugrosa pero no olia tanto a humedad y si era la cama que king ,casi nos aventó las llaves , una actitud terrible , para nada se ve como esta en las fotos , peroooo para NADAAA . Mi peor hospedaje , jamas volveria ahi .

Buena noche Para empezar la encargada del hotel no nos esperaba a nuestra llegada, nos dio dos habitaciones que no tenía preparadas estaban sucias (con arañas y polvo)y olían a humedad, al pedirle q las limpiara nos dijo q así estaba limpias y que eran las únicas que tenía por que no sabía que llegaríamos además de que todas las instalaciones estaban sucias con basura y olía a sucio y mucho a humedad, las instalaciones están descuidadas muchas hojas y plantas secas, no sirvió su boiler solo había agua fría y para colmo no contaba con alberca y en la publicación del hotel viene una alberca, nada que ver sus fotos con la realidad y al cuestiónale a la encargada sólo sonríe y dice que no sabe por qué está esa foto ahí… En conclusión el costo de las habitaciones estuvo muuuuuuyy elevado para lo que es en realidad sus instalaciones. Tuvimos la intención de cancelar la reserva por que al llegar no era lo que reservamos pero desgraciadamente no tienen una política en su itinerario donde mencione que podemos cancelar por incumplimiento del arrendatario ya que en cualquiera de las opciones nosotros perdíamos dinero y se nos hizo injusto tener que estar ahí con niños cuando no era lo que necesitábamos por lo pido su apoyo para saber qué procede en este caso donde fue incumplimiento por parte del hotel. En espera de su comprensión y apoyo Saludos

La verdad fue una estadía horrible ! Muy sucio , las toallas blancas para el baño manchadas de amarillo, los cuartos con olor fuerte a humedad , olían feo las almohadas y colchas manchadas, las instalaciones ya vieja y sin mantenimiento. Yo no sé porque si se dedican a la hoteleria no le dan mantenimiento a las instalaciones y hacen que el huésped tenga una experiencia agradable. Nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, en las fotos se ve un hotel muy bonito y limpio y nada que ver. Lo único bueno que tienen es la ubicación pero no tienen estacionamiento

Limpieza da mucho que desear.

El precio mostrado en línea es considerablemente más costoso de los precios exhibidos en mostrador (75% más caro) Estuve 2 noches, la primera fue muy mala ya que el olor a humedad en la habitación era muy desagradable y la limpieza daba mucho de que hablar. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación y en general fue aceptable. No hay estacionamiento así que debes tomar precauciones y la ubicación es muy buena, a exactamente 2 calles de la plaza principal.

Le fallan los letreros o hacerse más visible, la puerta es pequeña y no se hace notar. Igual que el estacionamiento, no existe, pero tienen un convenio con un lugar a la vuelta y como la calle es muy transitada, se vuelve complicado ir y venir con las maletas. Por demás, bien el lugar, buena relación de precio y calidad
