The room was fine, but we wouldn’t stay here again. Before our arrival, I had questions and had to call several times before someone finally answered. The woman who answered wasn’t very friendly. The photos online must be old because the hotel is much more outdated than expected. There were also quite a few bugs inside the room, likely because the doors don’t seal properly. The amenities were very limited, with only small towels and one tiny bar of soap provided. Overall, it was okay for one night, but not somewhere we would choose to stay again.

Im currently at the hotel as I write this. When we first arrived, reception said they opened the windows to our room because it was stuffy prior to us getting here. Theres no air conditioning the ceiling fan doesnt work. Its hot in the room, the windows are open but the windows dont have springs so the mosquitoes are getting in, There are currently 2 people sitting outside my window talking and its 2:20 am. There is not a single mirror in the room, not even in the bathroom. Idk if its the itching from mosquitoes or the people talking outside of our room but i haven’t slept at all

Existe un reglamento, pero no se respeta, había huéspedes haciendo escándalo en la alberca hasta las 3am, no pudimos dormir, eso fue los 3 días de estancia. Nadie del personal les pidió que respetaran, aunque su reglamento dice no hacer ruido después de las 9
