The property was very nice. However we had problems with the security box and to change rooms Then in the other room there was no hot water and there was no hot water. The employees were very kind and every thing was very clean.

The breakfast was outstanding; it is not the usual breakfast included at these hotels, but much better and varied. In addition, the servers were amazing. As I stated, the property is average; some things may need some improvement, such as the mattresses and towels.

The only issue I did not expect was restaurant dining not available and the bar being closed as well. Aside from this it was a pretty good place to stay at a comfortable price.

Hotel needs some upgrades.

The room was dated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. No AC. The hot water took too long. The towels were very hard and smelled. The only great thing was the breakfast. The ladies there were awesome. The reception staff were very friendly. We had the street view and at night it was so noisy

Llegamos al hotel entre 9:15 y 9:30 y no estaba la recepcionista en su lugar, tuvimos que andarla buscando por todo el hotel y tardamos en encontrarla La llave que nos dió para abrir el cuarto no sirvió y tuvimos que regresar a recepción para que me dieran otra y la activara correctamente Fue muy molesta esta situación Sin embargo la mesera del desayuno del día de hoy 2 de noviembre nos atendió excelente
